Welcome to TAPPFINITY (“the App”), operated by an independent developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App and participate in any competition or prize-related activity.

By using the App, you confirm that:

TAPPFINITY is a mobile application that allows users to interact with a tap-based system, earn in-app currency, and participate in competitive features.

The App may include:

• Leaderboards

• Virtual currency (e.g., “Golden Faucets”)

• Competitions or prize-based events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. No Purchase Necessary

Participation in competitions or prize-based features does not require a purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any alternative methods of entry (if applicable) will be described within the App or on the official website.

4. Competition & Prize Terms

From time to time, TAPPFINITY may offer competitions or rewards.

By participating, you agree that:

• Winners will be determined based on the rules defined within the App

• Prizes (including cash prizes such as $10,000) are not guaranteed and are subject to eligibility and verification

• We reserve the right to verify user activity, identity, and fairness before awarding any prize

• Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat the system will result in disqualification

5. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation

• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics

• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension or termination

• Disqualification from competitions

• Forfeiture of rewards

6. Virtual Currency

The App may include virtual items or currency (e.g., Golden Faucets).

These:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated as part of a verified competition or reward

• May be modified, removed, or reset at any time

7. User Accounts

If the App includes accounts:

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, branding, and functionality within TAPPFINITY are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the App or its content

• Use branding or assets without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

TAPPFINITY is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
